The position of Finance Manager is responsible for the financial implementation and reporting of Cobham Gaisler AB. The person shall lead the work in the field of finance, administration, analysis and control of the business. The position places high demands on understanding and implementing accounting principles, processes and regulations, contributing to business development analysis, and making relevant risk assessments and having very good collaborative skills. The position reports directly to the company's General Manager, as well as indirectly to the Vice President, Finance of the parent company.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• To take responsibility for and to implement the company's accounts, covering bookkeeping, invoicing, material and supply ordering, service agreements, etc.
• To ensure the company is legal and compliant with all internal and external audit requirements, including Swedish government requirements.
• To provides tax, insurance and other reports required by Swedish governmental regulations.
• To drive development of the financial statements and reporting process within the company and towards the parent company.
• To work with the parent company to establish policies and procedures to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• To support the preparation of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• To be responsible for the company's annual reporting process in terms of financial reporting.
• To be responsible for the annual financial statements and annual reports for the company.
• To lead and run procurement and follow-up of external partners.
• To communicate and follow accounting principles, guidelines and guidelines.
• To follow that the company adheres to laws, principles and rules in the accounting and tax area.
• To provide the management team with the analyzes needed to develop a fast-growing company.
• To work with support to the management team and board.
Qualifications
We are looking for a graduate in economics with five to ten years of relevant work experience in Sweden, preferably from a small selfsustained company. It is important that the candidate enjoys working with all aspects of economics, from small to large. The candidate should have extensive experience in financial work and good knowledge in the monthly and annual accounts according to Swedish law. The candidate should have strong oral and written communications skills in Swedish and English. The candidate should have experience in a deadline driven environment where quality must be maintained. The candidate should have experience managing all facets of accounting and finance operations, including the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. The candidate should be a self-propelled, driven, fast person who independently complies with the company's vision building processes and who develops control of the business.
