We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who will support a variety of tasks and make sure that our office building and services meet our needs. This position is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing operations and services at our office.
This is a part time position (50%) based at Acne Studios headquarters in Gamla Stan, Stockholm.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Managing general upkeep and maintenance
• Coordinate refurbishments and renovations
• Repairing and replacing things that are broken
• Managing services such as cleaning, carpet washing and waste disposal including negotiating deals with suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships
• Managing services of rental apartments and houses as well as external warehouse
• Managing fire protection and making sure fire exits are clear
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience from negotiating with suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships
• An action oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
• A strong self-drive and a social and outgoing personality, with a positive and professional attitude
• Organisation skills with attention to details
• Experience in administration and strong computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous working experience in Health and safety management including fire prevention work is meriting
