Eytys is looking for a Store Manager to join our Stockholm team and take full responsibility for the stores at NK and Norrlandsgatan.
Your task will include, but not be limited to:
• Responsible for ensuring that stores generate sales, profitability and meet KPI goals as expected by Eytys by following up, planning ahead and working with an opportunistic approach
•
• Assisting team with ideas for retail marketing, community management through the store and special service programs for loyal customers
• Act as an example of impeccable service and sales expertise to the rest of the team
• Recruitment and management of staff
• Guiding and aiding the customer on shop floor and in regular correspondence
• Making sure that the stores meet Eytys visual standards
• Administrative duties
The ideal candidate should be/have:
• A social and outgoing team-player
• Sales driven and results oriented
• Reliable, responsible and punctual
• Genuinely service-minded
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about EYTYS products and brand
• Flexibility in regards to working schedule
• Previous retail experience as a store manager
