Export Sales Manager:
Primary task for our Export Sales Manager is to plan, develop and drive Benzlers / Radicons global export sales against existing and new customers, end-users and OEM, to maintain and grow sales for Benzlers / Radicon and Elecon product ranges. The position will also be responsible for distributes and agents worldwide for Benzlers / Radicon and Elecon product ranges. One important task is to ensure that the company prices, sales and marketing process is competitive in an international perspective.
Your Keys responsibilities will be:
Generate sales and profit to exceed agreed annual targets through operational and strategic sales containing market analysis, customer visits, trade fairs, commercial and technical communication, issue quotes, make price calculations, conduct negotiations and conclude agreements mm.
Assume full responsibility for all customer related activities including support, training, communication, technical and commercial issues.
Provide in-depth regular training of distributors and agents to ensure they are self sufficient.
Interact with customers to provide them with information about the delivery and products to be delivered.
Be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal rules for the export trade in each region.
Manage and resolve all commercial and technical disputes with customer to ensure collection of payments due.
Provide accurate forecasts and reports via our Customer Relationship Management database (salesforce.com).
Agree annual targets in association with Benzlers / Radicon management.
Produce a sound annual sales plan to ensure the achievement of sales growth.
Attain and in-depth understanding of the market, product & service level requirements, competitor activity and market share data.
We wich you fulfill the following skills and experiance:
2 years experience within a similar position with worldwide export sales.
Experience from distributes and agents relations.
Educated to Degree level in an engineering / mechanic discipline or similar.
Understanding of legal, contractual and commercial terms and conditions.
Excellent sales, negotiation & presentation skills.
Clear understanding of business practices including profit, margin and basic financial procedures.
Organisation abilities to meet deadlines and efficiently manage daily activities.
Be able to travel 60 - 100 days/year .
