ASSA ABLOY AB is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist - AD/Exchange
Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) builds and maintains a high-performance, secure and reliable IT infrastructure while ensuring cost-effectiveness in accordance with business unit needs. We are now increasing our team with a AD/Exchange specialist who has documented experience from working with Exchange 2010, preferably from a large scale environment.
You will be part of a team of 7 persons that are responsible for operating and implementing data communication and data center services globally. We work in an outsourced multi-vendor environment as well as with local business units with own infrastructure. You will work in close cooperation with teams and functions globally across the ASSA ABLOY Group. The position can be based in Landskrona or Eskilstuna.
Job description
• Work according to defined standard processes for handling incidents, service requests and request for changes (RFCs).
• Be a member of the Infrastructure team in GSSC.
• Operation of Global Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Planning and migration of existing solutions to Global Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Technical advisor on requirements and order of sourced IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate activities with Business IT, consultants and sourcing providers to ensure that ASSA ABLOY services and applications are performing well, including performance optimization and basic troubleshooting
• Project management and participation in initiatives as assigned to GSSC by divisions and Group IT.
• Lifecycle management of centrally hosted servers
• Participate in the 24x7 on duty assignment for IT infrastructure.
• There is a need for some international travel within the role.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years documented experience in IT Infrastructure
• Minimum 2 years documented experience leading IT Infrastructure projects
• Solid expertise within the area of Microsoft Exchange 2010
• University studies in computer science and/or comparable studies/experience
• Fluency in English, both in conversation and in writing
Other desired skills/experience
• Expertise within the area of Microsoft Active Directory
• Solid experience in the Windows server area and preferably from large scale environments
• Microsoft Lync experience is considered an additional valuable qualification
• Microsoft Sharepoint experience is considered an additional valuable qualification
• Experience working in an outsourced/industrialized delivery is a plus
• International experience is a plus
• ITIL certifications is a plus
