Silentium is a company working with sales and customer service. Our clients are primarily in the telecommunications, banking and insurance industries. The company is headquartered in Stockholm and it has local offices in Stockholm, Boden and Västerås. Silentium was founded in 1998 and has over 350 employees throughout the country.
We are now looking for an English speaking customer service employee to our local office in Stockholm
Duties:
You will work as sales and customer support to our clients' customers on the Internet. Your main duty is to help customers with their online purchases.
Your background:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, positive and with an excellent customer service skill.
An absolute requirement is that your mother tongue is English!
Full time. 40 hour per week. Daytime Mon-Fri.
Wages: Hourly as per contract and collective agreements
Employee Status: Fixed term contracts with possibility of permanent employment.
We are located centrally in Södermalm, Stockholm.
