The Role

This job is for the role of Customer Support Manager for the English-speaking markets at Glorious Games' Stockholm office.

As Customer Support Manager for English, you will be in charge of customer service for the English-speaking markets for our products. As part of the Engagement and Retention team, you will be responsible for engagement activities such as special events, campaigns, contests, etc., while managing the English-speaking community.

We are hoping to find a candidate that is interested in fashion so they can also assist our Fashion Manager. A super bonus would be someone who has experience in social media management who can help maintain the future of our social media presence.

We are motivated to hire a qualified candidate for this position as soon as possible and will only be accepting applications from individuals who are currently living in Sweden and legally allowed to work.

Responsibilities
Customer Support Manager

• As Customer Support Manager, you will manage the community (which includes social features such as forums, clubs, blogs, etc.).
• Update and manage our engagement activities and features for your market.
• Answer to customer queries and handle behavior reports.
• Create campaigns and engagement opportunities that aid in customer retention in the English speaking markets.
• Make a positive impact on your markets by creating a friendly, welcoming, and exciting space for all users.

Social Media Manager

• Maintain a positive and consistent Social Media presence for our products.
• Assist the Fashion Manager in spotting trends.
• Ensure that all social media correspondence is clear, correct, and on-brand with our tone of voice.

Qualifications
• Documented experience and understanding of all aspects of customer service.
• Experience in digital content and games market.
• Native level of English with excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data in order to plan resources effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or community management.
• Previous experience in mobile games is a plus.
• Excellent task management and collaboration skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Trello, Slack, Jira, and Google Docs a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Documented experience in Social Media management.
