As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a critical role in transforming how our clients design, engineer, and deliver products and services. We are looking for someone passionate about leveraging technology to drive value across the entire engineering and manufacturing value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process & Product Design: Design and develop new business processes and products in alignment with our clients' strategic direction and priorities. Translate business strategy into tangible solutions that address client needs and market opportunities.
• End-to-End Transformation Leadership: Plan and lead transformational consulting projects across the entire value chain, integrating engineering, manufacturing, and digitalization strategies. Deliver comprehensive change management and operational excellence initiatives.
Industry Collaboration: Collaborate with a wide range of partners and stakeholders across the industry value chain to identify, prioritize, and maximize value opportunities for our clients.
Innovation Enablement: Bring forward new perspectives and creative problem-solving to help clients adapt to rapidly evolving markets and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Client Engagement: Support proposal development and client presentations, demonstrating the value of Accenture's Industry X solutions and the tangible business outcomes we deliver.
Required Technical Skills
Rockwell PharmaSuite MES: Experience with Rockwell's PharmaSuite Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is essential. Ability to configure, implement, or optimize PharmaSuite MES to drive digital transformation in pharmaceutical and process manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including IoT, automation, and digital twins.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
