Currently we’re 125 left and right-brained talents, who together shape the unique and exciting work environment we take part of. A Fyndian is passionate about Fyndiq’s goals, produces excellent work, is a team player who enjoys breaking new ground and has just the right amount of guts in order to ask for forgiveness, rather than permission. And as our Employer Brand Manager you will help us tell the world about it. Our culture is like a Cronut, you gotta experience it to just “get itâ€. And when you do “get it†you’ll realize that we all consider it to be totally ok to laugh together, ride kickbikes together,sometimes go for treasure hunts, indulge in office yoga, enjoy mega lush Friday breakfasts etc etc etc (to be honest, there are loads of nice culture etc at Fyndiq)
Anyhow, this is supposed to be a job ad right?!.. let’s talk about the position. What’s cool about it is that it’s entirely new. You, as Fyndiq’s first Employer Brand Manager, will have enough room to let your creativity shine like a diamond. You’ll let us know where Fyndiq as an employer just “has to be seen†in order to attract future Fyndians. Your previous years from managing employer branding projects and HR (or) Event Management experience have up until now probably given you a sweet balance of strategic vision and operational “doing.â€
So, if you should be a Fyndian, what should you bring with you?
Well, you’d probably want to prepare yourself to have some fun, cos you’re reporting to our Head of HR, Anna, and she is loads of fun – and that’s not just when using her name for promotional matters in a job ad. Other than fun you’d probably want to pack your previous experience from working with employer branding as well as in leading projects and a big dose of getting stuff done . Employer Brand Manager <3 = clear, structured and great communicator. Please don’t forgot to pack your creative juice too, we really need to be able to depend on your so called “out of the box†thinking when it comes to our future Employer Branding.
