We are currently looking for two embedded software integration engineers to join our team!
Job description
At Electrical department our client are applying new agile ways of working with software development, using SAFe as their framework. In this set up agile teams have the responsibility to develop functions and features for their truck brands across the globe.
Each agile team has responsibility for a number of functions/features which are then execution wise often distributed across different ECUs in the electrical architecture. This brings that the agile teams cannot handle the release administration for complete ECU software, as it often contains contribution from a number of agile teams.
To handle this release administration they need to strengthen their team with two consultants supporting the agile teams in delivering quality secured software.
Typical work tasks include:
• Perform software delivery to integration
• Interact with the different agile teams to understand what will be released in the next increment
• Perform work in Configurator and create node template
• SEWS MSW Documentation freeze
• File upload in central systems
• Create part numbers in Kola
• Documentation of all new part numbers
• Software brake down and analysis of the result
• Protom/SW repro (Configurator) breakdown
• Kola parameter steering's
• DCN Creation, freeze (K- and D-DCN) and get approval
• File storage and labeling at SW release
