We are now looking for Embedded Software Engineers for development of
Connected Vehicle Solutions!
Description
We need to broaden our team with innovative embedded software engineers that can be part of the software development of our connected vehicle functionalities.
You will participate in all stages of the software development, from requirement analysis, design, and implementation to unit and integration testing.
Focus is on software in the vehicle, but you should have a good understanding of the complete V2X domain.
Previous experience from embedded software development within connectivity or connected vehicle solutions is highly appreciated.
You will be part of the Chapter Embedded Software, which is one of four teams within the Software Tribe. Our aim is to develop embedded software solutions that support our vision to shape mobility for a more sustainable future.

The role involves:
- Design and software development of connected vehicle functionalities.
- Development and analysis of design solutions
- Configuration of SW platforms, MCAL and RTOS
- Requirement identification and analysis
- Security analysis activities
- Collaboration with NEVS engineers at different departments and locations
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- Expertise in embedded software development (C/C++)
- Experience of developing connectivity or connected car solutions
- Good understanding of Real-Time Operating Systems and/or embedded Linux
- Good understanding of mobile communication technologies
- Good understanding of various automotive connected vehicle functionalities
- Ability to share knowledge with colleagues
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
