As a Elux IT support Junior Clerk you will be part of the Electrolux IT Finance Team and report to the Elux IT General ledger, Asset Accounting, and Period End Closing Workstream Lead. This role will have overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the Electrolux IT Blue Print in the Asset Accounting , General ledger, activities as well as securing the implementation of the Blueprint solution. Further the position will be responsible for the coordination of the solution in specific countries or groups of countries - being the first point of contact.
On top of above other assignments will have to be dealt with - based on priorities set by management.
The job holder must be able to interact with peers within the team, consultants as well as senior members of the Electrolux Finance Community including the Global Shared Service Organisation, Group Accounting and Local and Sector Controlling Teams.
Key Operational Responsibilities
• Help govern the Elux IT Blue print for General Ledger (SAP)
• Help govern the Elux IT Blue print for Asset Accounting(SAP)
• Help govern the Elux IT Blue print for Closing companies (SAP)
• Take on initiatives decided by management .
• Help driving Asset Accounting , General Ledger and closing issues from users - including working closely with other functions like local Project Management, Test Managers, Local Consultant(s) and Business Representatives, making sure the Elux IT solution for the assigned area of responsibility is delivered in line with agreed timelines.
• Review any new local requirements and ensure that the new requirement is either rejected or incorporated as part of the Electrolux IT Blue print or processed as a localized solution..
• Drive and coordinate and/or conduct workshops, demos and meetings during whenever required for the roll out projects or other initiatives
• Participate in training sessions as well as meetings with users
• Develop Blue Print materials (process design, customizing design etc) for new scope.
• Take part in cross functional work for MM and Logistics when required
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the processes in line with agreed initiatives
• Provide assistance to support organization for live countries and provide support/planning for retrofit activities
• Ensure own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures.
• Share necessary information and knowledge, coach and support other team members in achieving team goals.
• As part of the role, he/she will be required to interact with various organizations - Group Credit management/Working Capital/Treasury, MASA, XIB, GSSO/GSSC, Credit managers, Credit support Team
Competences needed (Education / Experience / Skills / Competencies / Languages)
• Willingness to acquire technical knowledge of SAP General Ledger, Asset Accounting
• Proven project participation experience
• Willingness to work in a high pressure and delivery oriented team
• University degree in economics, finance, IT or technical studies
• Good knowledge Ms Office and general IT skills
• Ability to work and deliver for several projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and focus on deliverables
• Availability to travel whenever required
• Very good command of English
