We at Akkodis are looking for an Electronics Engineer to add to our team of consultants! The right candidate will head straight out to one of our customers to work with latest technologies.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and maintenance of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) used in heavy equipment. The main technical aspects of the job involve analogue and digital electronic design, as well as mechanical design work and verification activities such as measurements and simulations. You will also develop new and maintain existing HW implementations.
Other factors that influence the design of the products include cost, reliability, availability, maintainability, functional safety, manufacturing, testing, EMC, and customer-specific requirements.
Requirement 's engineering is central in daily operations, and you are expected to take part in developing and improving processes and tools used within HW development. This role requires interaction with support functions, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
About you

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in relevant areas and a relevant academic background, such as a degree in Electronics. You should have experience in working with electronic development, preferably within the automotive industry, and knowledge about electronics (PCBA) manufacturing and its processes. Familiarity with testing, both in production and during development, is also required.
We put a strong emphasis on your personal qualities and we believe that you have a curious and analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (preferably also in Swedish), both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
