We are now looking to further develop our business in Sweden in the fields of Plant Nutrition, accordingly, are recruiting a:
Country CFO - Sweden
True "right arm" of the Country Manager, you supervise all financial, accounting and management topics of your country, guaranteeing the reliability, the transparency and the financial towards the Agro Supply branch and the Corporate headquarters.
We are seeking a candidate with strong academic performance, superior drive and work ethic, and a desire to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. He/she will have the opportunity to work in various roles, gaining a rich and broach experience as an operator in a private equity-backed company. He/She should be a self-starter who can work well independently or in a group.
Requirements:
• University degree and higher; BA or MBA with a specialization on finance/ accounting/controlling
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in Finance or Controlling functions with a successful team management and coordination experience in an international environment.
• You must be fluent in English and French would be a plus.
