Cigarettes are dangerous. Half of all who start will die from smoking if they do not quit in time. Nevertheless, most of the world's cultures use tobacco in some form. In Sweden we found a couple of hundred years ago another way to use tobacco, a way that is less harmful than smoking. More than a million Swedes open their can of snus every day and many of them are former smokers. It's a lot thanks to snus Swedes smoke the least in EU.Many have comments on the snus. But few know that the levels of most so-called harmful substances in it are not higher than in the vegetables on the dinner table.
Long before Swedish Match divested cigarette operations almost two decades ago, a lot of work began to greatly reduce unwanted substances in the snus. A common grilled steak contains as much of the harmful substance Bensapyren as 18 snus cans. We at Swedish Match are proud of our history, our business and our products. Our vision is a world without cigarettes. We believe in transparency and to offer people a conscious and safe way of using tobacco. And our goal is to have satisfied consumers, today and in the future.
About Marketing department and Digital team:
The purpose of the Marketing Department is to create and execute remarkable Brand and Product initiatives that will engage consumers, customers and employees and thereby ensuring long-term growth and a strong position in the ScD markets.
The purpose of the digital team is to create and execute remarkable innovative and creative ideas that will engage consumers, customers and employees with the objective to increase engagement. The team plays an important role within Swedish Match to promote and drive digital transformation. The team consists of 4 people, a Digital & eCommerce Manager, eCommerce Operations Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, and regional eCommerce manager. You will report directly to the Digital & eCommerce Manager.
Job description
Support the overall development of the Swedish Match E-Commerce strategy in line with the digital 2020 Vision.
Support the overall development of the Swedish Match Omni Channel strategy in line with the Marketing 2020 Vision.
Specifically responsible for creating and running the following e-commerce tasks: fulfillment, shipping, reporting and consumer intelligence analysis.
Responsible in the Digital team for eCommerce platform (STORM) payment solutions (ADYEN), Swedish Match system integration (MDM and QBank) and Zendesk (Consumer Service tool).
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and Business Control and other functions to fully support the e-Commerce operations.
Partner with Consumer Service team to communicate priorities and initiatives, and relay feedback to E-commerce team to improve consumer experience.
Responsible for overseeing from a digital perspective of invoicing and payments tracking solutions.
Performance reporting and analyzing cost effectiveness. Responsible for analytics data in Google Analytics, POPS data, and Tableau.
Prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports.
Relevant degree in marketing from University or other (Berghs, Hyper Island or similar).
Relevant work experience can compensate the lack of formal education.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced eCommerce business.
International experience an advantage
