That is why we are searching for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist who will handle our online business. We prefer candidates that will be able to work from our office in Lycksele, but we are open to candidates living in other cities and would like to work from home.
We are searching for a candidate who has determination, drive, are great with people, and love sales & customer service!
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Listing items on our online platforms (Amazon, website, etc)
- Regular maintenance of online social media accounts
- Design artwork/marketing for distribution to new & existing platforms
- Send email & direct mail marketing campaigns
- Assist customers via calls and emails regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product & promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc.
- Answer daily on comments on platforms like Amazon
- Place production orders to our production units
- Do market research on new products
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent command of English language (verbal and written) and it is favourably if you can communicate in Swedish and/or Polish
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional people skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow up with minimal supervision. You will be the specialist in this field, that means that you must be able to solve your problems.
- High attention to detail and superior follow up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle numerous deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to put in extra hours to get the job done!
- Bachelor's or Master's degree

Hedlunda is a producer of solid wood furniture's and has about 180 employees. The office is in Lycksele, Sweden. The owners also have an affiliate in Poland with 280 Employees. The group has an annual turnover of 400 MSEK
