• Drive awareness, interest & conversion in all earned, owned & paid channels
• Systemize and create a process for how we acquire users and grow our brand.
• Analyze and synthesize performance data, and take appropriate action based on findings
• Thoroughly understand and report on performance against goals and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with with our creative team to enable them to deliver creative assets as needed
You Are
• A performance marketer or growth hacker working with paid and content marketing.
• Driven by measurable results.
• Autonomous, scrappy-when-needed and thrive in a constantly-evolving environment.
• Analytical with a systematic approach, who can easily synthesize and summarize reports.
• Ahead of the curve, always on the look for the next tool/platform/hack that will help us grow.
You have
• Paid marketing experience, and know your way around advertising on the Facebook, Twitter and Google ad platforms.
• A deep knowledge in driving acquisition through both awareness, interest and conversion ads and understand the need of all three of them.
• Hands-on experience using some or all of the following: Facebook Power Editor, Facebook APIs, Google AdWords, Google Analytics.
