JOB DESCRIPTION
Our staffs in the restaurant are our face to the outside world and those who create pizza magic. Your duties vary and you will do everything from preparing the store, taking orders and baking pizza to helping to maintain a high standard. You should be able to make quick decisions and manage stress. It is important that you have a good and happy mood and are passionate about service. The work also includes home delivery. Being nice and always having a smile on your face is a must as you as a "delivery expert" appears as Domino's Pizza's face on the outside. Driving license is a big advantage.
TASKS
You will gradually develop in your role and get to work at several different "stations" during a work shift. A station can be to bake the pizza. It takes some practice until you feel ready to start baking. Another station may be to put topping on the pizzas. There you need to place the different toppings on the ordered pizza. You will also be at the checkout and receive orders and deliver ready-made pizzas to the customer. Cleaning during the shift occurs several times a day as it needs to look fresh in the room all the time. There will be clear instructions for this and also your shift manager will teach you the different cleaning routines.
Examples of different tasks during a working day:
• Prepare the product.
• Clean equipment and other surfaces daily.
• Ability to understand and be able to give correctly written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees to process orders received both by phone and over the counter.
• The ability to perform simple mathematical calculations correctly and quickly.
• Deliver pizza by bike or car.
