Presentation
We are looking for a senior research scientist at Astra Zeneca, Mölndal, to join a team for 15 months starting on june 1st. The in vitro muscle and liver biology team in the Diabetes/Obesity section at the Department of Bioscience is responsible for establishing models and assays to be used for target validation as well as secondary screening.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
The position requires strong theoretical and practical experience in molecular biology or biochemistry and cell biology. Abillity to act as in vitro bioscience responsible contact in projekcts is a plus.
Key attributes :
Demonstrated skills in cell biology/tissue culture, preferentially experience with primary hepatocytes or myocytes. Experience with basic molecular biology techniques.
Experience with laboratory automation equipment and knowledge about screening process in CVGI is an advantage.
Good communication skills, both within the team and with the projects. Positive and goal oriented attitude and independent way of working. Temaplayer who actively contributes to the common tasks of the group.
