What will you do?
Your role is to drive and develop Stena Line's digital platforms, with focus on mobile self-service applications after booking the ticket. Examples are digital check-in, messaging throughout the customer journey, our TravelMate app, and digital customer service channels like chat, our chat-bot Stina and a dynamic FAQ. This is an area where Stena Line haven't had enough focus, but now have very big ambitions.
In your role, you'll lead development teams from Stena IT and external agencies. You will also work closely with users, internal stakeholders from different regions, and partners in Stena Line's ecosystem.
You will be a core part in creating a world class digital experience for our customers. E-commerce is the biggest sales channel within Stena Line, and with our multi-billion (SEK) digital revenue, we are among the biggest B2C e-commerce actors in Sweden.
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters just as much as how good you are at what you do. You have the ability to identify proactive development needs and run the work both independently and in teams. You take interest in new technologies as well as customer behavior and understand how they can influence and develop an existing business.
The must-have's:
• Competence in digitalization and business development
• Experience of leading digital mobile application development, or experience as Product Owner for digital mobile applications.
• Oriented in modern development methods
• The competence to define, detail and assess development work
• Experience in evaluating needs, evaluating impacts and daily prioritizing to achieve the right long-term and short-term results
• Fluent in English
Previous experience in digital Travel processes is meritorious.
You also have a suitable university degree or equivalent. If you understand how to meet business objectives and user needs and how to transfer findings into a fantastic user experience, you are the perfect candidate!
