What you 'll do

You 'll be member of a cross functional team ranging across group functions such legal, security, compliance, IT operations, and the business. You will assist in providing input and direction in key decisions related to risks posed by technology projects and privacy matters. You 'll contribute in ensuring global GDPR compliance at Volvo Car Group, including requirements related to IT- and information security.

Coordinate with internal and external auditor to facilitate audit requirements.

Develop recommendations and drive activities to improve the digital internal control environment at Volvo Car Group.

Do you fit the profile?

Competence and experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, has excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and work in a global team/environment. You are a self-starter, willing to take ownership and drive initiatives to resolution while reporting appropriately on progress made and escalating when difficulties are encountered.

To be successful in this role you have significant experience:

* with applicable industry frameworks and security standards, e.g. ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework (NIST CSF), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA)
* from working with process improvements and in developing policies, procedures and controls/governance related to IT and Privacy
* knowledge in regulatory compliance and experienced from working with relevant regulations, such as GDPR
* privacy, Security and Audit certifications such as, CIPP/E, CISSP and CISA is advantageous

We expect you to have at least minimum 5+ years of experience within IT internal control and data privacy and experience in project management. Last but not least you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.
