Role mission & context
We are looking for a driver!
Software development for the vehicles that Volvo delivers is growing exponentially. To support this increase, Volvo Group is undergoing major changes on infrastructure and DevSecOps.
In order to deliver on the demands of today and tomorrow we need an organized person with deep knowledge within infrastructure and security, to help us drive activities and initiatives for our deliveries.
In this role you need to communicate with and understand both the traditional IT landscape as well as the vehicle software development, to understand the unique requirements in this area. You work in a team, but you are expected to drive and execute tasks independently.

Competencies
Relevant university degree or equivalent
A good listener and have the ability to develop structures to build effective teams
Experience from Agile methodology and DevOps practices are required
Background as a Business Analyst or/and Project Manager is required
Excellent communication & presentation skills are required
Experience from working in a global context
Complete proficiency in English is required
