Your role
You will be part of a trio responsible to develop Saab's digital channels to secure our communication (Internal and external; owned, paid and earned). You will mainly work with the internal communication platforms and specifically our Sharepoint based intranet. The intranet platform is part of a palette of channels building the internal communication landscape. Because of the technological development and the evolution of our internal requirements of becoming more global, digital and increasing efficiency, a complete renewal of the intranet is probable within short. You will be in a unique position to play a leading role.
You will need to combine long-term planning with operational tasks in an agile approach, together with internal stakeholders. You will hold technical discussions together with different functions within Group IT and perform acceptance tests, as well as execute training and support for editor's word wide.
To help you with various responsibilities, especially the ones where you may not be the expert, you delegate within the organization or collaborate with stakeholders outside of the Communications department or the external development team.
Your Profile
We believe you are a team player and a pragmatic problem solver. You have experience of:
* Product ownership and project management within web applications, SharePoint is an advantage
* Experience of developing digital products and services, preferably for B2B/B2G
* Agile product development and are curious about new technology within the field of digital communication
* Having worked with web platforms within the areas of CMS, DAM and CRM is an advantage.
* Successfully facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and executing effect mapping while engaging and building trust among colleagues and co-workers
* Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
Required personality
You like to work in a dynamic environment with a passion for smart digital solutions. You will play a key role within Saab's Corporate Communications team, collaborating with other Group Functions and Business Areas, concerning digitalized processes and services, being the representative of Group Communication. You like to move between holistic views and details. You enjoy working in teams, but you can also stand on your own. You like to base decisions on facts and you are used to work towards set goals and deadlines, and you have your own drive.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
