At the Self Service Solutions department, we manage and develop global digital services, aiming to help our users find and utilize our product portfolio effectively. Our future mission is to increase availability of digital channels and platforms and create sales opportunities based on understanding the market and our customers' demands, and by offering self-service solutions. The location for this position is flexible, but preferably Fagersta, and travel is a natural part of the job.
Your mission - optimizing and improving digital solutions to ensure business development
In this position, your mission is to optimize and improve the solutions included in our digital offering, with the aim to increase sales and improve user experience in Seco's online solutions. You work in the area Product Recommendation - collecting user insight which you analyze and convert. Then you hand them over to our development specialists to let them build new functions in our digital platform. Your daily tasks may differ depending on your target area, but together with your team members and a dedicated Product Manager, you ensure state-of-the-art performance in our current solutions. Your communication skills are key to success in this position, as you interact with both internal users and external customers and take part in projects and activities on a global scale.
Your profile - organized doer with an eye for the big picture
We are looking for someone with a degree in IT, Business Administration or another relevant field, and you have a few years' experience from IT or business development. Competence in project management, especially using Scrum or other agile methods, is an advantage, as is previous interaction with stakeholders and customers. As we work in an international environment, you must have good English skills, verbally and in writing, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
