Dina arbetsuppgifter
We are looking for a DfA/Modularity Expert who:

• Run DFM/A in Product Category including Follow up of activities . - Responsible for DfM/A and Modularity inside PL
• Support DfM/A/Modularity Activities in the Sector .
• Run DfM/A with GR&D Architecture team on new Architectures.
• Eliminate "obstacles" and get ideas to improve internal processes. .
• Eliminate 3 Top Pain points in Dishcare .
• Co-operate with GR&D / GME in manufacturing process changes for new products
• Supporting Sector / Local ME in new Projects .
• Methodological support to the cross functional teams . - Coordination of administration tasks to manage results of DfM analysis and results inside/cross PL .
• Co-operate with ME-Automation to create the base for "Ready for Automation" .
• Support and contribute to development of modularity architecture with the purpose of designing products that reduce assembly costs.

Utbildning och erfarenhet
• Processes - PRO2, Teamcenter, IPCP, Cost know how .
• DfMA expert in Boothroyd and Dewhurst software application . - Know how of current processes in all cooking factories .
• Good English skills .
• Ability to work in a Matrix Organisation .
• Ability to lead groups and moderate training and DfMA workshops .
• Organization, Communication and Collaboration .
• Ability to train moderators / facilitators on global level .
• Ability to travel domestically and globally, both as part of a team and independantly.
• Strong Power point, Word and Excel skills.
• Stong interpersonal skills for leading change in deeply imbedded design and manufacturing departments.
