Job description:
You will be working within a bigger team focusing on third-party developer relations globally. This team runs numerous technical projects and platforms in which you will be involved. The main focus will be operational day-to-day responsibility for the current and future software platforms running within the organization. This involves continuous design improvements, tight communication with different development teams, coordination of offshore support teams, complete infrastructure responsibility and documentation
Competence:
At least 2-3 years of experience within development. Broad experience of cloud based infrastructure design and implementation. Development tool chain and CI experience. At least 5 years of Linux/UNIX experience
Mandatory skills:
• Infrastructure architecture and implementation.
• Linux
• Amazon AWS
• Basic development skills (Java, PHP, Python, Bash)
• Continuous integration and build environments (Jenkins, JUnit, Scripting)
• Git VCS- Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
• Server and code optimization (Java, PHP, Nginx, Linux)
• Scrum/agile development methodologies
• Common open source software knowledge
Optional skills:
• Test experience
• WordPress
• Technical writer
• Git Flow
Start: 2014-10-13
Duration: 2015-03-31 with possibility for further extension.
Location: Lund
Required languages: Swedish & English
