Job description
As the Private Equity teams' department assistant you will fill an organisational and supportive role in the department. Your main tasks will include; keeping records of documents and coordinating investors and board meetings. This involves everything from coordinating meetings and organising distributions to counter-parties and continuous contact with authorities. The position entails gathering signatures, administrating travel arrangements and other team related tasks. The position will also include assisting the other team members with administrative tasks concerning ongoing projects.
Requirements
You should have a secretarial education or the equivalent. Some work experience with similar tasks is preferred. Fluency in both Swedish and English (corporate language) is a must; proficiency in Russian is looked upon favourably. Furthermore, good computer skills in Word, Power Point and Excel are required.
As a person you are organised, service-minded and have a willingness to take initiatives. In addition, you are prestigeless and have the ability to prioritize your work sensibly. The position as a department assistant also requires you to be an excellent multi-tasker and trouble shooter.
