But that's where you come in, ensuring we always have the right product in the right place - at the right time and in the right quantities to meet our customers' demand for all channels. This means exceeding expectations wherever and whenever possible.

As Demand Planner you are an important part of a team of 5 Demand Planners who ensure high satisfaction for our customers' demand, reporting directly to Team leader Demand Planning.

Please note that this is a temporary assignment of 18 months with preferred start in January 2021.

A TYPICAL DAY..
You work closely with colleagues at the Group factories, logistics, and sales as the liaison who ensures the right flow of goods at the right time to meet our customers' needs. You are responsible for running the forecasting system by daily analysis of sales and supply, keeping track of shipment arrivals, handling logistics issues and staying in close contact with the factory demand planners. You keep the sales desk team updated in case of product delays or backorders on a daily basis.

You meet with Key Account Managers regarding sales actions weekly and have customer contact regarding direct deliveries and maintenance of the material master to ensure that materials and ranges are linked to relevant customers. Moreover, you handle orders, arrange slot times for unloading at customer warehouses and take the actions needed to invoice direct deliveries. Following up on results and forecasts with the controlling team is also part of your job.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Experience from similar role with Planning or Logistics
• Degree in Business or Economics, preferably within Supply Chain Management or Finance
• Proficient Excel user
• Experience in SAP
• Fluency in our company language, English. Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish is an advantage.
