We are now looking for a Delivery Manger-Business developer for our Mobility Center of Excellence with a "nothing is impossible" approach to challenges!

In this role you will be reporting to the Director Solution Center Common Services and you will be part of the Solution Center Common Services management team. Further, you will be a member of the MAS/DCL cross-functional business development team and innovation network.

As Delivery Manager (DM) for Mobility center of Excellence, you will have the responsibility for the complete delivery of the full life-cycle for solutions/services for both run time and/or one-time, securing competitive standards in terms of business and cost efficiency of assigned solutions.

In this role you are also responsible for proactively provide the different entities within the Volvo Group with new mobile solutions that can bring value to the business. You will also drive, enhance and follow up benchmarking, market intelligence and innovation. In the innovation area you are responsible for analyzing the business needs of our business stakeholders to help identify business problems, opportunities and propose high level solutions and corresponding pre-studies and projects.

Key responsibilities *To transform business opportunities into novel proposals for Common Services stakeholders within Volvo Group in the areas of mobility, portals and ecommerce
• To actively benchmark the external market in order to create new opportunities
• Contribute to the development of the mobile road-map for the different Volvo Group entities
• Secure the mobile project deliveries: Time, Cost & Features
• Plan for long-term capacity and competence management aligned with the solution road map
• People management in terms of recruitment, competence development, people review, salary setting etc.
• Responsible for building an excellent cooperation across the domains/regions within/cross Group IT
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with business stakeholders at tactical and operational levels

Who are you?

As Delivery manager- business developer in Solution Center Common Services you will create a new "digital" atmosphere and mind set in the organization. This requires proven experience as a communicator, leader or entrepreneur in similar roles in the industry.

Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. You're innovative and creative mind-set will inspire, challenge and help us grow. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your unit, understanding how these contribute to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.

Required competencies *Relevant university degree
• Minimum five years in sales or aftermarket area
• Minimum five years of leadership experience
• Proven experience from working with business development within the digital channels area
• Strong experience from working with in an IT delivery organization
• Experience from working in a global context
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
• Have proven capacity to execute against set targets
• Have strong focus on cross unit collaboration in order to secure optimal solutions
