As our Data Management Lead, you will be one of the driving forces behind our shift to a data-driven future, every step we take is focused on improving data quality and data availability, data are handled as an asset and keeping order in the house - ensuring Husqvarna are well prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
About the team:
In this role, you will be a part of Global Information Services (GIS); the foundation of Husqvarna Group digital service delivery. GIS role is to maintain and proactively deliver digital solutions to all business units across the globe. We are working with optimizing business processes, innovation and exploitation of technology and business opportunities, services and support.
The team you will belong to, the Enterprise Architecture team within GIS, works with strategies, documentation and governance of business process, information, data, application and technology architecture layers, helping realizing enterprise and IT strategies through a reliable & secure digital landscape.
Your role:
In this role, you will work with change management within Data Management, steering governance operations and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with a global network of great people, ensuring a sustainable supply of business-relevant data. You will establish strategies, manage business relationships and lead change initiatives, all while monitoring KPIs, evaluating risks, and driving mitigations. Your work will be set in a multicultural environment, guiding Husqvarna's journey towards data-driven excellence.
You will:
Oversee Data Governance Operations and manage change requests.
Lead initiatives to achieve strategic data management targets.
Ensure a supportive environment for governance operations.
Lead governance committees and act as an escalation resource.
Maintain business ownership of data standards and data catalogue.
Coach and empower data managers and stewards.
Develop and implement group-wide processes.
Drive global cross-divisional operations management.
Conduct KPI measurements and quality audits.
You will report to the Director Data & Architecture Governance.
About You

Your skills and experience:
MSc in Engineering or similar, plus 5-10 years' experience from working in data management and with related standards (a plus if you have worked in a matrix org).
Senior stakeholder management experience.
Experience in leading cross-functional development or transformation initiatives.
Location
This position will be based in Sweden, at any of our sites in Huskvarna, Stockholm, or Jonsered.
But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%).
