hela Sverige Looking for Experienced Data Governance and Strategy Leader with a strong background in aligning governance frameworks with business objectives across multiple markets. Person should be skilled in defining and implementing governance standards, driving compliance, and ensuring data quality through advanced profiling techniques, automation, and secure handling practices.
Proficient in leveraging marketing technology, data management tools and data cataloging platforms to enable trusted, actionable insights.
Adapt at stakeholder management, strategic planning, and fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to achieve
Passionate about promoting best practices in Master Data
Management, metadata management, and centralized documentation, while ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations such as GDPR.
Some of the more requirements are as above:
• Established and enforced data quality KPIs and data lineage standards using Ab Initio Metadata Hub, Collibra & DataDNA
• Extensive understanding of Data Pipelines, ETL tools, Databases, Reporting tools to build lineage.
• Spearheaded the rollout of defining Business Rules & Business Data Elements corresponding with existing Business Glossaries.
• Collaborated with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to PII, GDPR and CCPA regulations.
• Managed stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration between business, technical teams and subject matter experts
• Involved in data literacy and training programs, improving awareness and adoption of governance practices.
• Identified Critical Data Elements in Risk domain and developed an inference process to track and identify CDE's across Data
