hela Sverige We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Nudging Management team within the Personalization product area. The team has developed a tool called the Nudging Framework, used by global product teams and local markets to design and experiment with highly targeted nudges. These nudges can range from increasing login rates to informing users about available loyalty points or driving store visits after specific page interactions.
In this role, you'll tackle two main challenges. First, with many nudges being created by different users, it's become increasingly difficult to understand how the tool is performing. You'll work on setting up the right measurements and analyzing user behavior to determine if colleagues are following the correct steps and utilizing all features, and to provide actionable insights for improving the nudge creation process. Second, once a nudge is validated and launched, it remains active-so you will also monitor their ongoing performance to ensure they continue to deliver value over time, determining when to alert creators or intervene based on key metrics.
You will primarily work with the Nudging Management team while also collaborating with a peer group of data analysts across the Personalization area and front-end teams on the company website. This structure ensures continuous collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing.
Key requirements for the role include:
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience or a solid understanding of customer journeys or funnel analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
It is a plus if you have experience with GCP/BigQuery and Python (Notebooks), and if you're familiar with environments in FMCG, retail, or eCommerce-especially in companies that combine online and offline sales channels, as well as experience with co-worker facing front-end solutions.
