Enfo Cybersecurity ServicesWe work with companies to define their cybersecurity posture and to establish and implement proactive security functionalities to reduce business risk from security-related events. Enfo Cybersecurity Consultants help organizations address the challenge of managing cybersecurity and privacy risks in a way that is in line with their business strategy, and provide independent, impartial assistance in IT Security, Information Security and privacy across the customer business, bringing insights from our work with commercial and government organizations, as well as knowledge of industry leading practice, regulation and financial audit requirements.You will work in close cooperation with the SIEM and SecOps team in Örebro that are delivering high-end capabilities for Security Operations and are responsible for detection & response to security related eventsWe have a broad base of security experts in the team and our customers want more of our advisory services, so this is the reason for the expansion of the Cybersecurity organization. What is the role all about ?Consider the role a vital part of a spearhead-team delivering high-end security offerings to our customers, Enfo Cybersecurity Services is working very closely with our customers to define a cybersecurity posture, establishing and implementing proactive security functionalities to reduce business-risk from security-related events.You will be the lead on cybersecurity advisory activities, security assessments and manage teams, often with limited supervision.We believe that you are a highly motivated, and a good communicator as you will need to convey technical content in business language with senior management. You will also be a key player recognizing the value in developing your colleagues, strengthening and empowering the whole team.Basically you will professionally act as Enfo security advisor in customer engagements, and manage and supervise deliveries from Enfo within the information security domain How does success look like in this role? As with the rest of the team you are passionate about providing customer insights to enhance the cybersecurity posture of our customers.During the first three months you will get to know your team members and customers, and they will understand how your abilities in managing people, team, commercial and tech will add both to the team development and in customer deliveries.
