My background is in Aerospace System Engineering and i have always had a passion for aviation industry and software development. I have been at Knightec for almost 3 years now and have enjoyed every second of it. Cybersecurity is a collections of methods, processes, technologies and controls to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks. In our connected world we need to have a suitable way of working that protects us from unauthorized exploitation of systems. We at Knightec are investing a lot on providing assistance to our clients with cybersecurity concerns.
Your role as Cyber Security Engineer
As a consultant within Cyber security, you will be a part of a team that specializes in Cybersecurity questions, implementations, methods and processes. You will be helping our clients with architectural questions, TARA, ISO-related questions, methods and testing of their systems from a cybersecurity perspective. This job requires you to be on-site. In your role you will assisting the clients in risk assessments and will be giving advice in cybersecurity initiatives. Designing architectures of connected vehicles/machines with regards to safety & security requirements will also be part of the role.
Who we are looking for
• University degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience.
• Threat Analysis & Risk Assesment.
• Team-player.
• Good level of speaking and writing English.
• Ideally has been working with development.
• Competences within Cryptography and other Security concepts.
We also like to see that you have expertise and knowledge in any of the following standards:
• ISO/IEC 27001-2.
• IEC 62443.
• ISO/SAE 21434.
• UNECE R155/156.
• Other cybersecurity standards
