THE POSITION
The CX Communication Manager is responsible for direct customer communication - digital only. You want our customers to obsess as much about content as we do. As part of the Customer Experience team youre creating Moments that Matters for our users, building a lifelong bond to Viaplay. Your engaging communication is an important part of that ever-growing relationship.
THE CHALLENGE AHEAD
Thanks to your inspirational and bold copy, you will create engagement among our customers. Based on our customer communication strategy and our brand tonality, you will initiate, create and build messages - both in the product and in email form. Your responsibilities:
• Create copy that is courageous, charismatic and contemporary
• Understand and define target groups
• Coordinate the translation process
• Build messages in our CRM tool Portrait
• Use your editorial skills and do quality assurance from start to finish
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful communication
• Learn from various follow-up reports and insights
• Be a stakeholder in the tonality and positioning work at Viaplay
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We think that youre a cheerful go-getter with a passion for writing. Youd feel homeless with less than three streaming services and find it easy to verbally express your passion to others. You know what the customers want to watch before they do. Aside from getting the bigger picture, you also have an ability to analyze content and communication. Structure and efficiency are your middle names. And you can coordinate and communicate internally in your sleep. You are also digital and curious about new systems.
• Ability to create copy tailored for specific audiences
• Around three years of work experience from CRM communication, copywriting or similar
• Relevant university degree
• Native Swedish speaker with strong English skills
• Its a plus if you previously worked in CRM systems
