We enable commercial and technical connections, via our technical platform, for digital content providers across gaming, entertainment and software to reach global retail partners and end consumers.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, pricing and stock levels on the Ztorm Platform. You will work closely with the Operations Team, the Commercial team and our publisher partners to ensure smooth daily operations. This position suits someone who genuinely enjoys data entry, structure and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue & data management: Update product metadata, ensure accuracy and remove end-of-life products
Pricing updates: Maintain correct pricing across the platform
Reporting: Produce sales reports and bespoke reporting as needed
2nd line support: Handle support tickets from retail partners via Zendesk and assist with product-related issues
Publisher coordination: Communicate with publishers regarding pricing, stock levels and product updates
Key & stock management: Monitor stock levels, manage product keys, and ensure availability
Documentation: Maintain process documentation and contribute to improving workflows
Team support: Provide backup to colleagues during absence or sick leave
General administrative tasks tied to daily operational processes
Skills & Experience
Language skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken). Swedish or other languages are an advantage
Work experience - 1-2 years of experience in support, operations, administration, or similar
Comfortable with detailed data entry and accuracy-focused work
Technical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Zendesk, Jira or similar tools is a plus
Attention to detail - Strong ability to work with precision and maintain data quality
Interest in digital products - An interest in gaming or the gaming industry is appreciated but not required
