Are you a coaching manager with the drive to lead others towards success? If so, this could be a highly interesting opportunity for you. In this position, you will play an important role in a customer-oriented organization characterized by profitable growth, and with a strong focus on sales.
Your responsibilities
Lead a skilled team in the Customer Service department
Responsibility to ensure that the team are adequately staffed, trained, and coached
Provide support including quotations, order handling and project management for larger projects
Our ambition is to exceed our sales targets through increased productivity, which is why a vital part of your role will be to find ways to further improve the way we work within the team and the entire local business unit

Your requirements
Strong personal drive and persistency
Ability to set and communicate a clear direction to your team is highly valued
Good listening & coaching skills and the ability to motivate your team towards common goals
A university degree is preferable, and sales experience is considered a great advantage
Excellent written and presentation skills
Full proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken
