The opportunity
We're looking to hire a Customer Success Manager, who will be responsible for delivering premium support and maintaining strong customer relationships with our larger customers.
As a Customer Success Manager you will join a new established function within our Nordic support team and will have the ability and engagement to take part in this journey and set the value proposition by ensuring products or services are positioned around what the customer values and needs.
To succeed in this function, you will implement interactions with our larger customers in various stages of their relationship with us. You also provide a seamless customer experience at each step of the customer journey, based on portfolio knowledge and customer needs. In this role you'll report to the Manager Customer Service & Support Nordic. Sounds exciting? Get ready to join our company!

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Establish a long-term, valuable relationship with customers and secure that Worldline delivers according to the agreement
Organize customer meetings and provide detailed reports regarding operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction
Mitigating and solving escalations for the assigned customers
Provide training and manage changes for the assigned customers
Support and set business requirements towards internal and external stakeholders to improve overall deliveries and customer satisfaction
Promotes the organization's capabilities and works to achieve contract extension or to win additional business within the customer(s) in close collaboration with Sales

You possess phenomenal communication skills and love to be in interaction with multiple stakeholders. The ability to see the big picture without losing an eye for detail comes naturally from you in everyday work. You have a customer service-minded attitude and a proactive way of working. Skills we can't do without:
As our new Customer Success Manager - Large Accounts you,
can multitask, handle time, and prioritize
have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by work experience
have from 3 to 5 years (depending on domain knowledge) of proven working experience in a comparable role
have full working proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
You possess a strong technical affinity and understanding
Skills we'd like:
It would be great if you have the following skills, too:
bilingual in another Nordic language
experience in Payment/Fin-tech value chain is a major plus
salesforce knowledge and experience
project planning experience
computational skills and office application knowledge
