The Role:
Who are we?
We are the customer success team. We are here to help customers seeking financing and we work with them to understand their situation and guide them through the customer journey.
As Customer Success Agent you will play an important role in the customers lifecycle with focus on sales.
You will be managing the Danish market by reaching out to warm customers and serve as the point of contact between Liberis Group and our business customers in Denmark. You will provide complete and appropriate finance solution for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
You will be supporting our existing clients with information and assistance that is related to our finance product.
You will be giving the HQ feedback, improvement ideas and change-suggestions.

Your profile
degree educated or equivalent professional experience
can write and communicate in Danish and English
are able to demonstrate professionalism and confident telephone skills
quickly build relationships via the phone or by email
have strong commercial & numerical skills
are proactive and have a problem-solving approach
have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
have a strong attention to details and organisational skills
have experience working with Microsoft Office programs

It's a Plus If You
have strong presentation and interpersonal skills
have experience working with Salesforce
have Swedish as second language
