OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is recruiting Customer Service Representatives for Vitrolife's customer support team in Gothenburg.
The role involves a coordinating position with many points of contact, both internally and externally, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors. You will primarily work independently and results-oriented with order management. Since this is a B2B role, a strong focus is placed on building relationships with customers, making your interpersonal skills highly valuable.

This position is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Academic Work but work on-site at Vitrolife. The assignment begins with a thorough onboarding covering work methods, routines, and systems to ensure you have the right conditions to succeed in your role. After that, you will work largely independently.

Work tasks
• Handle incoming customer orders
• Respond to user inquiries
• Prepare customer orders for delivery
• Provide support to the field sales team
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Previous experience working in customer service or a similar role
• Prior experience working with business systems
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily
It is meritorious if you have
• Experience in a similar role with continuous customer contact via email and phone
• Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written
