You have a passion for customer satisfaction and meeting customer s needs. Your computer skills are very good and preferable you have documented experience from SAP. To be successful on the job, you enjoy performing in a fast pace environment. You work in a problem solving and structured way and you have great communication skills. Operationally, you work closely with production, purchasing, inventory and our product lines.
Your main focus will be:
• Manage Monitor of delivery times
• Keep our customers updated of lead times and delivery plans
• Manage billing and credit documents
• Update customer records and price lists in SAP
Additionally, you will be trained to become a dedicated SAP Key User being responsible for developing and implementing new features.
The position is a permanent, full-time employment and you will be based in Trelleborg, Sweden. You will be reporting to Customer Service Manager Trelleborg.
Requirements:
• Educational background in business, engineering or similar
• Preferable 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Technical knowledge and interest
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• High skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience of working with SAP is a plus, but not a requirement
