CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL
We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join BONESUPPORT in our Lund office. This is a full time permanent position and the start date will be as soon as possible. Since the position is dealing with our International market, the person needs to be fluent in English. BONESUPPORT is working towards customers within life science.

Your focus
• To be responsible for taking and registering orders in a correct manner
• To pack and prepare shipping of products
• To monitor delivery information and take appropriate action
• Providing customer-focused care via telephone, e-mail and administrative tasks
• Providing a high level of service to customers and clients
• Identifying and addressing process improvements
• Managing the resolution of issues and complaints
• To issue credit and debit memos
• To efficiently communicate with customers, sales organization and colleagues in a service minded manner
• To cooperate with other functions within the company to ensure high quality customer service.
Who we are looking for
• Experience: Previous experience, minimum 1 year within the last 3 years, in customer service with similar tasks. Understanding of working in an international environment. Previous work in NAVISION advantageous.
• Personality: Reliable, business oriented and service minded. Excellent communication skills verbally and written. Flexible and able to adjust to current conditions.
• Have strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Be able to develop strong working relationships with key customers and sales organization.
• Have a positive and ''can do'' attitude and the ability to manage a high amount of stress.
• Work well individually and within a team
• Fluent in Swedish and English. German is advantageous.
• Experience from working in an international environment in addition to experience from a smaller company is also advantageous.
