We are currently looking for a Customer Service Export Specialist located in Göteborg, Sweden
GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for handling calls received via telephone system requiring various customer service related requests. Basic product knowledge required. The incumbent is responsible for order handling and customer service related duties which include, but not limited to, pricing requests, delivery status, problem solving, returns procedures, loaner exchanges, quotations, etc.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter ordersÖreturns into SAP computer system within minimum time frames
• Monitor Webshop & EDI orders
• Ensure customer issues, via telephone, fax, mail and email are dealt with promptly and within minimum timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide prompt and courteous service to SPX customers by using communication skills to listen, interpret and respond to customer needs, to ensure SPX customer satisfaction objectives are achieved
• Process customer returns and Loaner Exchanges
• Ensure OE accounts are kept up to date, maintain folders, etc
• Create order and customer related standard reports out of SAP on a regular basis
• Maintain product information and organize for quick reference
• Provide customers with written quotations upon request
• Carry out related duties as assigned
• Communicate with other departments, i.e.: Finance, Purchasing, etc to solve customer conflicts
• Promote an atmosphere of positive attitude to customers, while exceeding their expectations for services provided
• Provide support to other members of the team as required
OTHER DUTIES
• Day to day customer service management of OE Accounts
• Assist with daily in-tray work
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Experience in Import and Export Business, i.e. credit orders, duty-handling, customs regulations, accompanying documents, etc.
• Requires a thorough understanding of order processing system and department procedures
• Proactive, organized and conscientious individual, with good telephone manner and able to multi-task
• Previous experience of customer service Ö administration background an advantage
• Commercial background
• Able to function in a pressurized, team environment
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, especially via the telephone
• Computer experience: Microsoft Word, especially Excel, Power Point and preferably SAP
• Fluent in Swedish Language as well as English and Danish, Finish language skills would be an advantage
