We are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Stockholm. Daniel Wellington is growing and expanding very rapidly and we are searching for someone that would like to grow together with us. We offer you a role in a fast-paced and international working environment where everything is possible.
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for the education and development for the Customer Service department. You will manage the whole process from creating training material to holding the training sessions, as well as analyzing the results. You will be responsible for educating our agents all over the world and travelling is included in the job. You will also ensure training is ongoing by overseeing quality standards within the Customer Service department. You need to be able to start immediately.
You are a highly motivated, driven and detail oriented person, willing to make a difference. Preferably you have experience in independently driving projects and working with quality assurance. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment and to build strong relationships across the business. Managing conflicts and motivating people is what you do best and you understand the dynamics of a group and how it works as the glue that keep the group together. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to travel as needed is also very important for this job. If you are a social person with the understanding how to effectively communicate so that everyone involved understand the vision for a project/change/process you are perfect for this job.
