Role Description:
Customer service over phone, email and chat. You will be in direct contact with the most valuable resource Swiss Clinic have - it 's customers.
Administrative activities. Including translation to and from Finnish and quality controls of e.g. website.
Office management activities and reception service.
Participation in various projects.
Required Background:
Passion for problem solving.
Works independently against deadlines.
Positive, humble, curious and meticulous.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Native Finnish and fluent in at least one of the following languages: Swedish or English.
Prefered Background
Experience from the beauty industry.
Experience from sales and/or customer service.
