Are you our next Customer Satisfaction Administrator? MultiMind is looking for a responsible 'self starter', who will deliver top service within claims!
The company
Our client is leading in the consumer electronics field with their Nordic HQ in Kista, Stockholm where you will be located.
The role
You will report to the Operations Manager and handle a variety of tasks, including:
Managing complex warranty and return claims and possible investigations toward service centers
Supporting partners with reverse logistic of parts
Modify SAP Master data related to service partners
Create and analyze data related to warranty and return processes
Manage consignment stock to service centers and distributors
Reply to e-mails from dealers and service centers
Support dealers over the phone
Visit distributors, dealers and service centers on a regular basis for education and follow up on processes
In this role, you will engage with distributors, dealers and service centers in the Nordic region, as well as internal departments within Orders, Finance, Sales and Logistics.

Preferably knowledge with SAP or similar systems.
