We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist.
Your responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, managing contracts, and resolving issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand our business
Communicate with customers about new products, services, and promotions
Provide regular reports on customer activity and performance metrics
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or related field
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM and ERP software required, SAP knowledge preferred
