We are looking for a Customer Care Team Lead who can be a strong addition to our already amazing Customer Care team and work as a customer advocate at M in Sweden. Our team has a proactive approach, and the ambition is not only to deliver excellent service but to use our insights to improve the entire experience for our customers and increase customer happiness.
You will work cross functionally with Sales and Operations so that the daily work runs smoothly. You will be working in our Stockholm office, but part of the team is situated in Gothenburg which means you will travel there regularly.
This role reports directly to the Customer Care Manager of the Swedish market, Volvo Car Mobility Sweden.
Your engagement here will include but won't be limited to:
Our Customer Care team supports both private and business customers in Sweden. You will work closely with the team and make sure everyone has the right conditions to provide our customers with top-notch support.
Guide the team in their day-to-day work and help them in any way you can
Plan the schedule
Prepare educational documents and sessions with the team
Help in training and coaching all team members in terms of individual goals, personal development, and communication
As the team grows, you'll assist during the hiring process and training of the new team members
Work hands-on and dealing with customers directly

We believe that you've been working as a team leader in a Customer service organization during the past years and are ready to take the next step in your career. You're a true people person and have a positive mindset. You're prestigeless, answering tickets one day and working on the overall strategy with the Customer Care Manager the next. You're also great at expressing yourself and have a genuine interest in providing top notch service.
Over the years, you have gained valuable knowledge on how to deliver customers with excellent service and how to inspire others to do the same. You show good analytical skills and you know how to follow up on results. You are comfortable working with Customer support software and tools.
Given the nature of this role, fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
