Job Description :

Customer Care Engineer, based in Stockholm

Within the Diagcenter, you will follow our key account customers and develop a trust relationship in direct contact with our clients.

You initiate and keep track of project deployment, set up user-centric quality indicators (QoE) and support our clients in understanding and interpreting these indicators.

You are the technical expert on our « Datametrie » and « Newtest » monitoring solutions. You are the advisor in the performance improvement of our customers digital services, by setting up and customising relevant monitoring solutions.

Your diverse and versatile tasks include:
• Production of monitoring solutions
• Help our customers in the interpretation of quality metrics
• Customer visits, Level 2 support of our software

Profile :
• Good interpersonal skills and technical capabilities
• Analytical mind and intellectually curious
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proactive and autonomous
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Qualifications :
• Master Engineering degree in Information Techonology or Telecommunications
• Knowledge of Internet environment (TCP/IP) and web technologies (HTML, Javascript)
• Scripting and programming language
• Between 0 and 3 years work experience
