Responsibilities Include

• Give advice and recommendation on new products and product changes to secure long term success

• Recommend and implement changes to the underwriting policy based data analysis and customer insights

• Analyze transactions and datasets to find behaviors, patterns and variables that predict default

• Adjust underwriting policy and processes to optimize business profitability

You Are

• Analytically talented but also highly pragmatic - you don't just find problems, you fix problems

• Eager to see results and motivated by a growing business

• Comfortable with numbers and know the difference between correlation and causality

• Unafraid to figure out by doing and willing to learn new things daily

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor degree within industrial engineering and management, economics, finance or similar

• Experience with Excel, SQL, R, SAS, Matlab or a programming language of own taste

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
